Being a by-law to dedicate Block 31, Plan 40M-1567,
Pickering, as public highway (Saugeen Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 31, Plan 40M-1567,
Picketing, which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Block 31, Plan 40M-1567, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Saugeen
Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 24th day of June, 1991.
