BY-LAW NO. 3761/91
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 28 and 29, Plan
40M-I651, Pickering, as public highway (Rosebank
Road and Saugeen Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 28 and 29, Plan
40M-1651, Picketing, which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Block 28, Plan 40M-1651, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Rosebank
Road).
Block 29, Plan 40M-1651, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Saugeen
Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 24th day of June, 1991.
