DY-LAW NO. 3760/9
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 9, Plan 282,
Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-11207, as
public highway (Oakburn Street).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 9, Plan 282,
Pickering designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-11207, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
That part of Lot 9, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-11207, is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Oakbum Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 24th day of June, 1991.
