BY-LAW NO, 3752/91_
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law
1812/84, respecting Blocks 1-15, inclusive, Plan
40M-1282, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1980, chapter 1,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1812/84 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this,24ih day of June, 1991.
