BY-LAW NUMBER 3745/91
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2366/87
designating Atwood Crescent, Lynn Heights
Drive and Oakburn Street as through
highways
WHEREAS By-law 2366/87, as amended, designates certain highways within
the Town of Pickering as through highways; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2366/87 to designate
Atwood Crescent, Lynn Heights Drive and Oakburn Street as through
highways;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 2366/87, as amended, is hereby further
amended by deleting the following:
COLUMN I
Highway
Lynn Heights Drive
COLUMN II
From
Northerly leg of
Benton Crescent
To
North terminus of
Lynn Heights Drive
adding the following:
Atwood Crescent
Lynn Heights Drive
Oakburn Street
Northerly intersection Southerly intersection
with Whites Road with Whites Road
Northerly leg of
Benton Crescent
Fairport Road
Lawson Street
Pine Grove Avenue
This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved
by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 18t]~ day of
June, 1991.
