13Y-LAW NO. 3737/91
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law
2105/85 respecting Block H-I, Plan M-I059, Pickering,
Block 9, Plan 40M-1321, Pickering and Lot 3, Plan
40M-1323, Pickering.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1,
the council of a municipality may repeal a part lot control by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 2105/85 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of June, 1991.
