BY-LAW NO. 3731/91
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 regulating
parldng, standing and stopping on highways and on
private and municipal property (Maitland Drive).
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, ss.210.45, 210.66, 210.118-120,
210.125, 310.2 and 315.8, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law
2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on private and municipal property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule I of By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following item:
Maitland Drive
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of June, 1991.
