Being a by-law to amend By-law 1473/82 respecting
reduced load periods on Portland Court.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.198, s.104a(7), the Council of The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 1473/82 designating the date on which a reduced
load p~riod shall start or end and the highway or portion thereof under its jurisdiction to which the
designation applies;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule A of By-law 1473/82, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following item:
Portland Court
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of June, 1991.
