BY-LAW NO. 3724/91
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws
2115/85, 2125/86 and 2158/86 respecting Lots 1, 3, 6, 8,
11, 13, 15, 18, 20, 21, 24, 28, 30 amt 33, Plan 40M-1352,
Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1980, chapter 1,
the council of a municipality May repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 2115/85, 2125/86 and 2158/86 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a fu'st, second and third time and f'mally passed this 3rd day of June, 1991.
