BY LAW NUMBER 3716/91
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number
23fi9/87 (Parking) with respect to
permit parking.
Whereas it is deemed expedient to repeal the permit parking
regulations as it pertains to Denmar Road in the Village East
subdivision;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Subsection 2 of section 13 of By-law Number 2359/87 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
(b) Denmar Road
By-law passed a first, second and third time and finally passed this
21st day of May, 1991.
