BY-LAW NO. 3715/91
Being a by-law to authorize the execution ora Release of
a Site Plan Agreement respecting that part of Lot 30,
Range 2, B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan
40R-6724 (Community Nursing Homes Limited).
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from the title to that part of Lot 30, Range 2, B.F.C., Pickering
designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-6724, a Site Plan Agreement between The Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Community Nursing Homes Limited dated Februa~ 7, 1984 and registered on April 19,
1984 as Instrument No. D175683;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of a Site Plan Agreement dated February 7, 1984 and registered April 19, 1984 as
Instrument No. D175683, between The Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Community
Nursing Homes Limited, insofar as that Agreement affects that pan of Lot 30, Range 2, B.F.C.,
Pickering, designated as Pan 3, Plan 40R-6724.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of May, 1991.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is hereby by it
acknowledged,
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereby releases and forever discharges
COMMUNITY NURSING HOMES LIMITED
its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, of and from all claims, demands, damages,
actions or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way
related to an Agreement dated February 7, 1984 and registered as Instrument No. D175683 on April 19,
1984 between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
COMMUNITY NURSING HOMES LIMITED
concerning that part of Lot 30, Range 2, B.F.C., Picker'mg, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-6724.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Corporation of the Town of Picketing has hereunto affixed its corporate
seal attested by its properly authorized officers this 21st day of May, 1991.
