BY-LAW NO. 3714/91
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Partial
Release of an Agreement between Karvon Construction
Limited and the Town respecting Part Lot 29,
Concession I, Pickering (Part 2, Plan 40R-12467).
WHEREAS the development of that part of Lot 29, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan
40R-12467, will now be governed by the provisions of the Subdivision Agreement affecting Plan
40M-1643, Picketing and no longer by the Development Agreement between the Town and Karvon
Construction Limited dated August 8, 1989 and registered January 5, 1990, as Instrument No. D332509;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Partial Release, in the foim attached
hereto as Schedule A, of an Agreement dated August 8, 1989 and registered lanuary 5, 1990, as
Instrument No. D332509, between The Corporation of the Town of Picketing and Karvon
Construction Limited, respecting that part of Lot 29, Concession 1, Picketing, designated as
Part 2, Plan 40R-12467.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and f'mally passed this 21 st day of May, 1991.

PARTIAL RELEASE
In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is hereby by it
acknowledged,
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereby releases and forever discharges
KARVON CONSTRUCTION LIMITED
its successors and assigns, of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of action which
may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated
August 8, 1989 and registered as Instrument No. D332509, on January 5, 1990, between

and
KARVON CONSTRUCTION LIMITED
conceming that part of Lot 29, Concession 1, Picker'mg, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-12467.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Corporation of the Town of Picketing has hereunto allured its corporate
seal attested by its properly authorized officers this 21st day of May, 1991.
