Being a by-law to name the road allowance comprising
Block 82, Plan 40M-1629 and Block 174, Plan
40M-1630, Picketing, and those parts of Lots 8 to 12,
Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Parts 13, 17, 23, 27,
35, 43, 45 and 49, Plan 40R-11205; Parts 7, 11, 13, 15,
17 and 24, Plan 40R-11206; Parts 2, 4, 6, lO, 14, 16, 18,
22, 26, 30 and 34, Plan 40R-11207, as "Oakburn Street"
WHEREAS Block 82, Plan 40M-1629 and Block 174, Plan 40M-1630, Pickering, and those parts of
Lots 8 to 12, Plan 282, Picketing, designated as Parts 13, 17, 23, 27, 35, 43, 45 and 49, Plan 40R-11205;
Parts 7, 11, 13, 15, 17 and 24, Plan 40R-11206; Parts 2, 4, 6, 10, 14, 16, 18, 22, 26, 30 and 34, Plan
40R-11207, has been dedicated as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
The road allowance comprising the followh~g lands:
(a) Block 82, Plan 40M-1629, Pickering and Block 174, Plan 40M-1630, Pickering;
(b) those parts of Lot 8, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Parts 14, 16, 18, 22, 26, 30 and
34, Plan 40R-11207;
(c) that part of Lots 8 and 9, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Part i0, Plan 40R-11207;
(d) those parts of Lot 9, Plan 282, Picketing, designated as Part 24, Plan 40R-11206, and
Parts 2, 4 and 6, Plan 40R-11207;
(e) those parts of Lot 10, Plan 282, Picketing, designated as Parts 15 and 17, Plan
40R-11206;
(f) that part of Lots 10 and 11, Plan 282, Picketing, designated as Part 13, Plan 40R-I 1206;
(g) those parts of Lot 11, Plan 282, Picketing, designated as Parts 45 and 49, Plan
40R-11205, and Parts 7 and 11, Plan 40R-11206; and
(h) those parts of Lot 12, Plan 282, Picker'mg, designated as Parts 13, 17, 23, 27, 35 and 43,
Plan 40R- 11205,
is hereby named "Oakbum Street".
