BY-LAW NUMBER 3711/91
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 providing
for the regulating of parking, standing and
stopping on highways or parts of highways under
the jurisdiction of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering and on private and municipal property.
WHEREAS, By-law 2359/87, as amended, provides for regulating of parking,
standing and stopping on highways or parts of highways under the jurisdiction
of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing and on private and Municipal
property;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 2359/87, is hereby amended to include the
following:
COLUMN I
Highway
COLUMN II COLUMN III COLUMN IV
Prohibited Times
Side Between/And and Days
Duberry Drive East
Major Oaks Road
and 130m south of
of Major Oaks
Road
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Monday to Friday
This by-law shall come into force on the day that it is approved by the
Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to the
effect are erected.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED THIS 21st day
of May, 1991.
