BY-LAW NUMBER 3704/91
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87
to prohibit parking during certain
hours on a portion of Twyn Rivers Drive
Whereas By-law 2359/87 provides for the regulating of parking,
standing and stopping on highways or parts of highways under the
jurisdiction of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and on
private and municipal property; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to prohibit parking on a portion of
Twyn Rivers Drives during certain hours;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Schedule "B" to By-law
therefrom the following:
HIGHWAY SIDE
Twyn Rivers South
Drive
2359/87 is hereby amended by deleting
BETWEEN/AND TIMES
Altona Road to 7:00 a.m. to
Hoover Drive 7:00 p.m.
Monday to Friday
and substituting therefore the following:
HIGHWAY SIDE BETWEEN/AND
Twyn Rivers South Altona Road to
Drive Hoover Drive
TIMES
6:30 a.m. to
8:30 a.m. and
4:00 p.m. to
6:30 p.m.
Monday to Friday
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
