Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release of
an Agreement between Barry E. Britton, Josie
Gwendoline Britton attd the Town respecting Lot 18,
Platt 40M-1538, Pickering.
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title a Temporary Trailer Occupation Agreemem between
the Town and Barry E. Britton and Josie Gwendoline Britton dated June 6, 1988 and registered ou June
23, 1988, as Instrument No. LT391242;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of an Agreement dated June 6, 1988 and registered June 23, 1988, as Instrument
No. LT391242, between The Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Barry E. Britton and
Josie Owendoline Britton respecting Lot 18, Plan 40M-1538, Picketing.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of April, 1991.

their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, of and from all claims, demands,
damages, actions or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in
any way related to an Agreement dated June 6, 1988 and registered as Instrument No. LT391242, on
June 23, 1988, between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
BARRY E. BRITTON
and
JOSIE GWENDOLINE BRITTON
concerning Lot 18, Plan 40M-1538, Pickering.
