Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Block 12, Plan
40M-1443, Picketing, designated as Parts 9 and 13, Plan
40R-10666, as public highway 'Hoover Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of those parts of Block 12, Plan
40M-1443, Picketing, designated as Parts 9 and 13, Plan 40R-10666 and wishes to dedicate them as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Block 12, Plan 40M-1443, Picketing, designated as Parts 9 and 13, Plan
40R-10666, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Hoover Drive).
BY-LAW read a f~rst, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of March, 1991.
