Whereas pursuant to the provisions of section 68 of the Planning Act 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter l, the Council of a municipality may by by-law prescribe a tariff of fees for the processing of applications made in respect of planning matters; Now Therefore, The Council Of The Corporation Of The Town Of Picketing Hereby Enacts As Follows: Part II of The Town of Picketing Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting subsection 2320.4 and replacing it with the following: 2320,4 Every application received by the Town after March 18, 1991 for the processing of a planning matter described in Column I of the following table shall be accompanied by the fee prescribed for such matter in Column II thereof, without which fee the application shall be deemed to be incomplete: TABLE COLUMN I COLUMN II Planning Matter Fee Zoning or rezoning by-law or amendment District or community plan amendment Subdivision plan Condominium plan Zoning order amendment Application to Committee of Adjustment - to be heard at a regular meeting - to be heard at a special meeting Site Plan Approval: (a) Residential Uses-Multiple-Attached and Apartment House Dwellings (b) Industrial Uses, Commercial Uses, or both (c) Residential Uses and Industrial or Commercial Uses or both (d) Other Uses (e) Revision to approved site plans By-laws 3060/89 and 3407/90 are hereby repealed. $425 $425 $425 unit $425 unit $160 $160 $250 plus $45 per dwelling proposed plus $25 per dwelling proposed $275 plus $22 per dwelling unit proposed $275 for each 2,000 m2 of gross floor area, or portion thereof $275 for each 2,000 m2 of gross floor area, or portion thereof, of industrial or commercial space plus $20 per dwelling unit proposed $275 $] 65 BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this 18th day of March, 1991. ~-~ '~~_~ Wayne Ar~urs, Mayor
