Being a by-law to prescribe a tariff of fees
for the processing of planning applications
received after March 18, 1991

Whereas pursuant to the provisions of section 68 of the Planning Act 1983,
S.O. 1983, chapter l, the Council of a municipality may by by-law prescribe a
tariff of fees for the processing of applications made in respect of planning
matters;
Now Therefore, The Council Of The Corporation Of The Town Of Picketing Hereby
Enacts As Follows:
Part II of The Town of Picketing Municipal Code is hereby amended by
deleting subsection 2320.4 and replacing it with the following:

Every application received by the Town after March 18, 1991
for the processing of a planning matter described in Column I
of the following table shall be accompanied by the fee
prescribed for such matter in Column II thereof, without
which fee the application shall be deemed to be incomplete:
