BY-LAW NUMBER 3675/91
Being a by-law to repeal By-law Number
3583/90 to appoint By-law Enforcement
Officers for the purpose of enforcing
By-law 2359/87 (Parking).
Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
enacted By-law Number 3583/90 on November 5, 1990 to appoint
municipal law enforcement officers for the purpose of enforcing the
provisions of By-law 2359/87 pursuant to section 70 of the Police
Act;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law Number 3583/90 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
4th day of March, 1991.
Mayor
