Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 20,
Concession 1, Pit'keri.g, designated as Parts 2 and 3,
Plan 40R-9490, Part 1, Plan 40R-11656 and Parts 1 and
2, Plan 40R-11525 as public highway (Valley Farm
Road)
WHEREAS The Corporatiun of the Town of Picketing is the owner of those parts of Lot 20, Concession
1, Pickering, designated as Parts 2 and 3, PIm~ 40R-9490, Part 1, Plan 40R-11656 and Parts I m~d 2,
Plan 40R-11525 and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Those pans of Lot 20, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Pans 2 and 3, Plan 40R-9490,
Pan 1, Plan 40R-11656 and Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-11525 are hereby dedicated as public
highway {¥alley Farm Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time anti finally passed tiffs 4th day of March, 1991.
