BY-LAWNO. 3664/91
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1416/82 providing for
the regulation and licensing of places of amusement.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, ss.232.6, the Council of The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 1416/82 providing for the regulation and
licensing of places of amusement;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule "A" of By-law 1416/82, as amended, is hereby further antended by adding thereto the
following items:
Abbey Road, Halsey Lane, Madonna Court and Rigby Drive
By-law read a fast, second and third thne and finally passed this 18th day of February, 1991.
