Being a by-law to amend By-law 1473/82 respecting
reduced load periods on Abbey Road, Halsey Lane,
Madonna Court and Rigby Drive.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.198, s.104a(7), the Council of The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 1473/82 designating the dale on which a reduced
load period shM1 start or end and the highway or portion thereof nnder its jurisdiction lo which the
designation applies;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule A of By-law 1473/82 as amended, is hereby further amended by addh~g thereto the
following items:
Abbey Road, Halsey Lane, Madonna Court and Rigby Drive
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of February, 1991.
