Being a by-/aw to amend By-law 55/74 prohibiting heavy
traffic on Halsey Lane and Risby Drive.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, ss.210.117, the
Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 55/74 for prohibiting heavy Iraffic
on the highways;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule 2 of By-law 55/74, as amended, is hereby further a~nended by adding thereto the
following items:
Halsey Lane and Rigby Drive
This By-law shall not come into force unless it is approved by the Council of The Regional
Municipality of Durhmn pursuant to the Regional Municipality of Durham Act, R.S.O. 1980,
c.434, s.40.
By-law read a first, second and third time mid finally passed this 18th day of February, 1991.
