Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law
1767/83, respecting Lots 6-12, inclusive, Plan
40M-1257, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1980, chapter 1,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickerh~g HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1767/83 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of February, 1991.
