By-LAW NO, 3656/91
Being a by-law to authorize the execution ora Release of
a Site Platt Agreement respecting Part Lot 16, Range 3,
B.F.C., Pickering (Part 4, Plan 40R-I0650).
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title a Site Plan Agreement between the Town and Squires
Beach Industrial Centre [nc. dated May 15, 1989 and registered on June 2, 1989, as Instrument No.
LT451883, as amended by Agreement dated August 21, 1989, registered September 13, 1989, as
Instrument No. LT468461;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of a Site Plan Agreement dated May 15, 1989 and registered June 2, 1989, as
Instrument No. LT451883, as amended by Agreement dated August 21, 1989, registered
September 13, 1989, as Instrument No. LT468461, between The Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Squires Beach Industrial Centre Inc., respecting Part Lot 16, Range 3, B.F.C.,
Picketing (Part 4, Plata 40R-10650).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and f'mally passed this 18th day of February, 1991.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is hereby by it

its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, of and from all claims, demands, damages,

1989, as amended by Agreement dated August 21, 1989, registered September 13, 1989, as Instmmem
