Being a by-law to amend By-law 1416/82 providing for
the regulation atut licensing of places of amusement.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, s.232.6, the Council of The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 1416/82 providing for the regulation and
licensing of places of anmsement;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickerhag HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule "A" of By-law 1416/82, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding
thereto the following item:
Chartwell Court
BY-LAW read a fa'st, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of January, 1991.
