BY-LAW NO. _3645/91
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 30,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Platt
40R-11317, as public highway (Rosebank Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of that part of Lot 30, Concession 1,
Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-11317, which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
That part of Lot 30, Concession 1, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-11317, is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Rosebmdc Road).
