Being a by-law to dedicate tlmt part of Lot 30,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Platt
40R-13006, as public highway (Rosebank Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering ~s the owner of that part of Lot 30. Concession 1,
Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-13006, which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
That pan of Lot 30, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-13006, is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Rosebank Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third thne and finally passed this 4th day of February, 1991.
