BY-LAW NO. 3643/91
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 160 and 161, Plan
40M-1242, Pickering, and that part of Lot 30,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 6, Platt
40R-13006, as public highway (Laurier Crescent).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 160 and 161, Plan
40M-1242, Picketing, and that part of Lot 30, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 6, Plan
40R-13006, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Blocks 160 and 161, Plan 40M-1242, Picketing, are hereby dedicated as puhlic highway
(Laurier Crescent).
That part of Lot 30, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 6, Plan 40R-13006, Picketing,
is hereby dedicated as public highway (Lauder Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of February, 1991.
