BY-LAW NUMBER 3641/91
Being a by-law to amend By-law 778/78
to regulate the construction of
driveway entrances upon highways under
the jurisdiction of the Town of
Pickering.
Whereas By-law 778/78 was passed on April 3, 1978 to regulate the
construction of driveway entrances upon highways under the
jurisdiction of the Town of Pickering; and
Whereas it is now deemed expedient to amend that By-law to provide
for increased costs involved in the installation of driveway
entrances;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering Hereby Enacts As Follows:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 778/78 is hereby revoked and Schedule "I"
attached to this by-law is substituted therefor.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
4th day of February, 1991.
