By-law No. 7939/22
Being a by-law to name Block 3, Plan 40M-2692
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Block 3, Plan 40M-2692;
and,
Whereas pursuant to the Municipal Act, the Council of a local municipality may pass
by-laws for giving names of highways.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1.Block 3, Plan 40M-2692 is hereby named “Finch Avenue”.
By-law passed this 24th day of May, 2022.
