By-law No. 7898/22
Being a by-law to establish Block 3, Plan 40M-2153 as
public highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of certain lands lying within Pickering and wishes to establish it as public highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1.Block 3, Plan 40M-2153 is hereby established as public highway (Valley FarmRoad).
By-law passed this 24th day of January, 2022.
