Mayor Ryan called the meeting to order.

3.Adoption of Minutes
Moved by Councillor Cumming
That the Minutes of the December 10, 2020 meeting of the Chief Administrative Officer(CAO) Recruitment Committee be approved.

Moved by Councillor Pickles
That the Committee move into closed session in accordance with the provisions ofSection 239 (2) of the Municipal Act and Procedural By-law 7665/18, in that the mattersto be discussed relate to:
b)personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local boardemployees; and,
d)labour relations or employee negotiation.
