BY-LAW NO.2737 /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 65, 66 and 67,
Plan 40M-1488, Pickering, as public highway.
(Major Oaks Road, Hollyhedge Drive)
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 65, 66
and 67, Plan 40M-1488, Picketing and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 65 and 67, Plan 40M-I488, Picketing are hereby dedicated as public
highway. (Major Oaks Road)
2. Block 66, Plan 40M-1488, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Hollyhedge Drive)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
