BY-LAW NO. 2611/87
Being a by-law to dedicate parts of Lots 2 to 15,
17, i?A and 22 to 27, Plan 1051, Pickering, as
public highway (Heathside Crescent/Rambleberry
Avenue) .
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of those parts of
Lots 2 to 15, 17, 17A and 2Z to 27, Plan 1051, Pickering, which it desires to dedicate
as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those parts of Lots 2 to 15, both inclusive, 17 and i?A,
Plan 1051, Picketing, set out in Schedule A hereto, are
public highway (Heathside Crescent).

hereby dedicated as
Those parts of Lots 22 to 27, both inclusive, Registrar's Compiled Plan 1051,
Pickerlng, set out in Schedule B hereto, are hereby dedicated as public high-
way (Rambleberry Avenue).
3. Schedules A and B attached hereto form part of this by-law.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 9th day of No-
vember, 1987.
