Being a By-law to mnend By-law 4582/95 to delete the "(H)" Holding Symbol
land related text therefrom.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, as amended, the
Ontario Municipal Board enacted on February 20, 1995, Zoning By-law 4582/95, rezoning certain lands
in Part Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5, Plan 469, and Part Lot 17, Concession 1, Picketing and imposing a holding
symbol thereon;
AND WHEREAS, the preconditions set out in section (5) of By-law 4582/95 to an amendment in order
to remove the holding symbol from a portion of the lands in Schedule I have been met;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule I to By-law 4582/95 is hereby amended by removing the "(H)" holding symbol
preceding the use designation "MD-H1" on these lands as set out in the Schedule attached hereto.
