Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 172, 173 and 184,
Plan 40M-1810, Pickering as public highway (Rosebank
Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 172, 173 and 184, Plan
40M-1810, Picketing and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Blocks 172, 173 and 184, Plan 40M-1810, Pickering, are hereby dedicated as public highway
(Rosebank Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this22nd day of December, 1995.
