Being a by-law to dedicate Block 75, Plan 40M-1811,
Pickering as public highway (Dbcie Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 75, Plan 40M-1811,
Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 75, Plan 40M-1811, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Dixie Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 22ndday of December, 1995.
