Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 21,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 20, Plan
4OR-7765, as public highway (Glenanna Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 21, Concession
1, 'Pickering, designated as Part 20, Plan 40R-7765, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 21, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 20, Plan 40R-7765, is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Glenanna Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of December, 1995.
