BY-LAW NUlVlBER 4693/95
Being a by-law to amend By-law Number 4547/94 to appo'mt
persons to various agencies, boards and committees.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law
Number 4547/94 on December 19, 1994 to appoint persons to various agencies, boards
and committees; and
WHEREAS by Resolution #214/95 passed on October 16, 1995, Council expressed its
desire to amend By-law Number 4547/94 to appoint Councillors Senis, Brenner and
Pistritto to the Site Plan Committee for a term to expire on November 30, 1997 and to re-
appoint Councillor Johnson to the Committee of Adjustment for a term to expire on
November 30, 1996;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 4 of By-law Number 4547/94 is hereby amended by delet'mg therefi~om the
following:
Councillor Johnson from December 1, 1994 to November 30, 1995
and substitming therefore the following:
Councillor Johnson from December 1, 1995 to November 30, 1996
2. Section 20 of By-law Number 4547/94 is hereby deleted and the following
substituted therefore:
20. The following persons are hereby appointed to the Site Plan Committee for
a term to expire on November 30, 1997:
Councillor Brenner
Councillor Pistritto
Councillor Senis
3. This By-law shall take effect on December 1, 1995.
By-law read a first, second and third tune and finally passed this 6th day of November,
1995.
