Being a by-law to dedicate Block 7, Plan 40M-1647,
Pickering as public highway (McLeod CrescenO.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 7, Plan 40M-1647,
Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 7, Plan 40M-1647, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (McLeod Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of October, 1995.
