BY-LAW NO. 4679/95
Being a by-law to authorize the purchase of lands
being Lots 21, 26, 27, 28 and 29, Plan 43
(ClaremonO, and to authorize the execution of a
Lease Agreement regarding Lots 26 and 27, Plan
43 (ClaremonO to Automatic Pinsetter Service
Incorporated.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering desires to purchase certain lands in
Claremont for park purposes.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is hereby authorized to purchase the lands
described as Lots 21, 26, 27, 28 and 29, Plan 43, Claremont, from D. L. David
MacDonald and Stella G. MacDonald at a purchase price of $370,000 in accordance with
the Vendor's Offer to Sell dated the 29th day of September, 1995.
2. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Lease Agreement between The
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Automatic Pinsetter Service Incorporated of
the lands described as Lots 26 and 27, Plan 43, Claremont, for a term of eleven (11)
months commencing October 31, 1995.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of October, 1995.
