BY-LAW NO. 4677/95
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 27, 28, 29, 30, 94, 95, 96,
98, 99, 100 and 101, Plan 40M-1810, Pickering, from
part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the
com~cil of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands
described as follows:
Lots 27, 28, 29, 30, 94, 95, 96, 98, 99, 100 and 101, Plan 40M-1810, Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of October, 1995.
