Being a by-law to appoint the firm of
Hurren, Flett, Sinclair as the Town
Auditor for the period August 1,
1995 to September 30, 1997,
inclusive
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of subsection 86(1) of the Municipal Act, KS.O.
1990, chapter M.45, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing shall
appoint for a term of frye years or less one or more municipal auditors;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The fn'mof Hurren, Herr, Sinclair is her~y ~pointed Town Auditor Mr the
period August 1,1995to September30,1997.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 18th day of September, 1995.
