BY-LAW NUMBER 4670/95
Being a by-law to amend By-law
Number 4547/94 to appoint persons to
various agencies, boards and
committees.
WHEREAS Council enacted By-law Number 4547/94 on December 19, 1994 to appoint
persons to various agencies, boards and committees; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend this By-law to provide for the appointment
of two additional Fenceviewers;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKER1NG HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 6 of By-law Number 4547/94 is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following names of persons to act as a Fenceviewer for a period to expire on
November 30, 1997:
Annie Burtney
Gerald Clark
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of September,
1995.
