BY-LAW NO. 4661/95
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 13, 14, 17, 18, 21 and25,
Plan 4OM-1792, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13, the
council of the municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of the Act does not apply to certain
lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, does not apply to the lands
described as follows:
Lots 13, 14, 17, 18, 21 and 25, Plan 40M-1792, Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 8th day of August, 1995.

We are pleased to advise that, in accordance with By-law No. 165/83, as amended, of the
Regional Municipality of Durham and Section 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Ch.
P. 13, this part-lot control by-law has been approved. Enclosed are 2 copies of the by-law
bearing the approval stamp.
In accordance with Section 50(28) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Ch. P. 13, a certified
copy or duplicate of this by-law must bc registered in the Land Titles Office.
Furthermore, it.is requested that once all of the transactions have taken place, the by-law
should be repealed to restore part-lot control on the land.
