BY-LAW NO. 4658/95
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 10, Plan
282, Picketing, designated as Parts 4, 5 and 6, Plan 4OR-
16701 (Oakburn StreeO as public highway.
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 10, Plan 282,
Pickering, designated as Parts 4, 5 and 6, Plan 40R-16701 and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Lot 10, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Parts 4, 5 and 6, Plan 40R-16701 are
hereby dedicated as public highway (Oakburn Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 8th day of August, 1995.
