BY-LAW NO. 4650/95
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts' of Lot 27, Range 3,
B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3, Plan
40R-15632, as public highway (Fairport Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of those parts of Lot 27, Range 3,
B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Parts 1,2 and 3, Plan 40R-15632, and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Lot 27, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing, designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3, Plan 40R-
15632, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Fairport Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of July, 1995.
