BY-LAW NO. 4 6 4 2/9 5
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2658/88 to delete the
holding symbol and related text therefrom.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, as amended, the
Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted on January 19, 1988, Zoning By-law
2658/88, rezoning certain lands in part of Lot 32, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Pickering and
imposing a holding symbol thereon; and
WHEREAS, the preconditions set out in section (5) of By-law 2658/88 to an amendment in order to
remove the holding symbol from a portion of the lands in Schedule I have been met;
NOW THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Throughout all of section 5(5) of By-law 2658/88, the words "CO/(H) RMI (C15)" shall be
deleted and replaced with the words: "CO/RMI (C15)."
2. Schedule I to By-law 2658/88 is hereby amended by removing the "(H)" holding symbol
preceding the use designations "CO/RMI and CO/RMI (C15)" on these lands as set out in the
Schedule attached hereto.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 26th day of June, 1995.
