BY-LAW NO. 4629/95
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lots 5 and 6,
Plan 12, Pickering, designated as Parts 2 and 4, Plan 40R-
13244, as public highway (Brock Road).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lots 5 and 6, Plan
12, Pickering, designated as Parts 2 and 4, Plan 40R-13244 and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Lots 5 and 6, Plan 12, Pickering, designated as Parts 2 and 4, Plan 40R-13244
(Brock Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of June, 1995.
